Scrum Master
Location: Ireland (Hybrid)

A global organisation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of enterprise technology solutions within a collaborative Agile environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive Agile best practices, support continuous delivery initiatives, and ensure high-quality software delivery across business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Owners and Development Teams in delivering against prioritised backlogs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Reviews/Demos
- Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and help increase team Agile maturity
- Remove blockers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve impediments
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning
- Coordinate operational activities including:
- Application releases
- System updates
- Data or hardware migrations
- Stability and performance improvements
- Promote self-organising, high-performing development teams
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders across the organisation
Required Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager within software development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Experience working with Product Owners and technical development teams
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery outcomes
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Strong stakeholder communication and organisational skills
Desirable Experience
- Technical background or experience working within complex technology environments
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or modern software engineering practices
- Experience within data, analytics, or regulated environments would be advantageous
