A global organisation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of enterprise technology solutions within a collaborative Agile environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive Agile best practices, support continuous delivery initiatives, and ensure high-quality software delivery across business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners and Development Teams in delivering against prioritised backlogs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Refinement
• Sprint Reviews/Demos
• Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and help increase team Agile maturity
• Remove blockers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve impediments
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning
• Coordinate operational activities including:
• Application releases
• System updates
• Data or hardware migrations
• Stability and performance improvements
• Promote self-organising, high-performing development teams
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders across the organisation

Required Experience

• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager within software development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Experience working with Product Owners and technical development teams
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery outcomes
• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as:
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Strong stakeholder communication and organisational skills

Desirable Experience

• Technical background or experience working within complex technology environments
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or modern software engineering practices
• Experience within data, analytics, or regulated environments would be advantageous
