A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Analyst - Equity Attribution to join its growing Performance Analytics function in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a performance/attribution professional to work within a highly collaborative international analytics team supporting equity investment strategies across global markets.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering attribution analysis, investment reporting and risk analytics for a broad range of equity portfolios and funds.

The role offers strong exposure to investment teams, senior stakeholders, and strategic analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile performance, attribution and risk data across multiple systems
• Produce quarterly investment and portfolio analytics reports
• Deliver attribution analysis for equity portfolios and retail funds
• Partner with investment professionals to analyse portfolio performance drivers
• Support strategic enhancement projects across attribution and reporting platforms
• Collaborate with technology teams on system improvements and implementation work
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests and stakeholder queries in a fast-paced environment

About You

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or a related discipline
• Experience within performance measurement and/or attribution preferred
• Knowledge of investment management and financial markets
• Familiarity with systems such as FactSet or Barra is advantageous
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to continue developing professionally
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
