What The Role Is

You are responsible for the various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

What You Will Be Working On

On this, you manage HR administration and corporate services matters. These include tracking staffing levels and anticipating future demand and supply, supporting hiring activities such as advertising, screening of candidates, and coordinating interviews. You also execute deployment and training plans, guide and advise staff on HR matters, handle HR documentation and provide support in administrative issues. In addition, you administer competency assessments and contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes. Your challenge lies in being able to respond swiftly to changing scenarios and be flexible in tackling unexpected challenges. You also need to be able to work with multiple stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a Diploma in HR related fields, with at least 5 years experience in HR. Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills is essential. You must be able to work both independently and in the team.
