You will:

• Drive and own technology projects that contribute towards our Forward ’28 goals
• Help drive adoption of new technologies and sunsetting of legacy solutions across the business units which T&S LC&I supports in accordance with targets
• Identify opportunities to improve our tech risk profile and facilitate implementation initiatives
• Support senior management through effective management information reporting and providing content specific advisory
• Plan and structure Senior Leadership Technology meetings and follow through with actions and decisions
• Facilitate, coordinate, and finalise cross organisational tasks and projects
• Follow up on traction and actions of internal Technology engagement models and collaborations both internally in T&S LCI and with other Technology or Domain stakeholders
  
  

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience within a Leadership Support function, Governance, or Strategy team — ideally in either a technology, financial crime, or large corporate and institutional banking context
• Previous experience in project or portfolio management
• Ability to lead and facilitate the implementation of change
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently
• Ability to handle senior stakeholders and tight governance procedures as part of delivery responsibilities
• You can facilitate complex material in an easy and understandable way and communicate to senior stakeholders
• Have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Advanced English skills
• Ability to code Python (or other languages) is considered a plus but not a necessity
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
