Junior IT Specialist

RSI Europe is a rapidly growing defense technology company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, developing and producing advanced remotely operated systems for modern military operations. We are looking for a Junior IT Infrastructure Specialist who already has practical IT experience and wants to continue growing while working with real infrastructure – endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).

This is a hands-on role where we expect independence in handling first-level IT tasks and ownership of day-to-day operational stability. You will work closely with a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, but we expect you to quickly take over routine operational responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Independently provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, access rights, email).
• Prepare, configure, and maintain Windows / macOS / iOS / Android devices.
• Administer user accounts, groups, access rights, and licenses (Onboarding / Offboarding).
• Work with the Microsoft 365 environment (user administration, licenses, basic configurations).
• Perform basic Jira and Confluence user administration.
• Register, analyze, and resolve IT incidents; escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical colleagues.
• Document completed work and follow internal information security requirements.

What We Expect

• At least 1 year of practical IT experience in support or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows / macOS devices.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addressing).
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Lithuanian language proficiency and English skills at B1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune or Entra ID.
• Experience administering Jira or Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, TIS2, or information security principles.
• Experience or interest in working within regulated or high-security environments.
