Most DevOps roles in banking give you one environment, one stack, and one way of doing things.

This one gives you several — and expects you to figure out what works best. Two senior engineers are already doing that across a growing cloud portfolio of top-tier European banking clients. They need a third person.

Who we are

SPG is an international software company embedded at some of Europe's most demanding financial institutions — Santander, Raiffeisen, UniCredit. Our DevOps team runs production Azure infrastructure for clients operating at real scale: 16M+ customers, dozens of microservices in production, transaction pipelines that don't sleep.

What you'll work on

• Azure in production — CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code in Pulumi (Python);
• AKS workloads handling high-throughput financial transactions with KEDA-based autoscaling;
• PCI DSS and GDPR aren't nice-to-haves here. They're the baseline;
• The team works 95% remote, across distributed SPG locations, fully in English

Who fits

• 5+ years hands-on Azure DevOps experience;
• Kubernetes in production — you know what happens when a pod doesn't scale at 2am;
• PCI DSS compliance — not on paper, in practice;
• Upper-intermediate English is a must;
• Nice to have: GCP or AWS exposure
