Job Description
We are looking for a customer centered UX/UI designer to join our design chapter and work day-to-day in the product team responsible for accelerating AI solutions for our business users. You will collaborate with other designers, engineers and business analysts to turn customer insights into simple, effective solutions.
The product team you will join is focused on delivering new digital capabilities for our business customers. You will help integrate new AI features into key journeys, with the aim of delivering a great experience.
Based on your knowledge and experience we can offer you a different seniority of the role.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).

The product team you will join is focused on delivering new digital capabilities for our business customers. You will help integrate new AI features into key journeys, with the aim of delivering a great experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Drive discovery by gathering and synthesising insights and data to define problems and opportunities
- Align with stakeholders and subject-matter experts on goals, constraints and success criteria - and communicate design decisions clearly
- Design and prototype in Figma using our in-house design system, adhering to accessibility and best practices
- Ensure solutions are grounded in user needs and validated through usability testing (planning and running tests)
- Contribute patterns and guidance for AI-powered experiences to our design system and principles
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with strong knowledge of core UX methods and ability to translate research into clear, actionable design outcomes
- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping, with experience working with design systems
- Excellent communication skills to present clearly and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborative, people focused mindset with a positive, self-driven approach and strong ownership of end-to-end deliveries
- Commitment to creating consistent, easy-to-use experiences based on established design principles
- Comfort working with AI-assisted experiences and conversational interfaces
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Personal interest in AI and new technologies and how they can enable people & businesses
- Experience designing conversational or AI-assisted experiences (chat, assistants, guided flows)
- Experience working in large, complex and/or regulated organisations
