Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our Client’s team in a Hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cybersecurity projects from initial scoping through to delivery
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and risk assessments
  • Ensure projects follow best practices in planning, budget management, quality, and communication
  • Coordinate stakeholders across IT, cybersecurity teams, business units, and external vendors
  • Track project progress and deliver regular status reporting
  • Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings and steering committees
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory frameworks
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance
  • Lead RFI / RFP processes for cybersecurity tools and solutions
  • Support the transition of delivered projects into operational support teams
  • Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives related to:
  • Data protection solutions
  • Messaging security enhancement
  • Zero Trust architecture
  • Information security and data protection
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Application security


Required Qualifications

  • Strong Cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Expertise in Project Management
  • Experience with PMO practices and governance, including reporting, KPI/KRI tracking, and portfolio management
  • Proven experience managing cybersecurity or IT security initiatives in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment
  • Experience working with governance and steering committees
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience with cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
  • Previous experience in industrial or international enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and vendor management processes
