Product Manager

Nicoll Curtin
Switzerland · Full-time · Associate

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the development and continuous evolution of innovative digital payment solutions and customer-facing services, ensuring that product initiatives translate into intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences. In this role, you will drive product strategies from concept through implementation, aligning business objectives, customer needs, and technological capabilities to deliver measurable value. Acting as a central interface between business, technology, design, and external partners, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring that digital products meet market expectations, user requirements, and industry standards.

You will oversee the definition, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps and backlogs for selected digital services, mobile applications, and payment solutions. A key part of your role will be identifying customer and market needs, transforming insights into innovative products and services, and continuously optimizing digital experiences through KPI-driven product management. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI specialists and agile development teams to promote user-centered design principles and support the delivery of modern, customer-oriented solutions. In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital product processes and agile methodologies, helping to strengthen the organization’s product management framework and drive sustainable innovation in the digital payments landscape.

To succeed in this position, you hold a university degree in business, technology, or a related field and bring solid experience in product management for digital services, platforms, or mobile applications, ideally within the financial services or payment industry. You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to structure and drive product initiatives across interdisciplinary teams. Experience with agile product development methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Lean Startup, MVP, and Design Thinking is expected. A strong understanding of digital ecosystems, API-based services, mobile applications, and payment solutions is essential, while knowledge of the Swiss payment market will be considered a strong advantage. Strong communication skills in English and German are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, banks, and external partners.

If you’re looking for a role where your product decisions truly matter—where your ideas shape digital customer experiences, accelerate innovation, and directly influence the future of modern payment solutions—this position offers an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.
