About The Role

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to deploy AI systems in healthcare, focusing on patient communication, triage, and secure data layers using Python. You will work directly with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade systems, including AI-driven patient communication and triage, agent orchestration systems, and secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice and video. This is a hands-on, Python-heavy role focused on building and scaling distributed systems and solving complex, high-impact problems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architect and scale AI agents for healthcare applications
• Work on systems involving LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agent-based architectures
• Collaborate with a small team to ship and iterate quickly
• Solve high-impact problems including system performance and clinical accuracy
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years building complex, production-grade systems
• Experience turning ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions
• Background in healthcare, AI, or agentic systems is a plus
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with direct ownership
• Low ego, high agency, and comfortable working in a lean team
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• €100,000 – €200,000 salary
