Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of innovative digital business solutions for a diverse portfolio of Swiss clients. In this role, you will act as the central interface between customers and development teams, ensuring that digital initiatives are transformed into scalable, user-oriented, and business-driven web solutions. You will guide projects from initial idea and business analysis through specification, implementation, testing, and deployment, while aligning customer objectives with technical capabilities and modern digital architectures. Your ability to combine strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and technical understanding will play a key role in delivering solutions that create measurable business value and sustainable competitive advantages for clients across various industries.

You will collaborate closely with customers to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and design tailored solution concepts for modern digital business models. At the same time, you will coordinate agile development teams, translate business needs into functional specifications, support architectural discussions, and ensure the quality and usability of delivered solutions through structured testing and validation processes. A key aspect of the role will involve managing multiple project streams in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, while continuously improving project delivery standards, communication processes, and agile collaboration practices. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and technology specialists, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge web-based platforms and digital ecosystems that enable clients to successfully scale their businesses in increasingly digital markets.

To succeed in this position, you bring a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, or a related field, combined with experience in digital project management, business analysis, requirements engineering, or software delivery. Practical experience in software development or technical environments is considered a strong advantage. You are comfortable working with modern web technologies and digital architectures, and concepts such as APIs, REST services, microservices, XML, and SEO are familiar to you beyond theoretical buzzwords. You combine excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience working in agile project environments and collaborating with interdisciplinary development teams is expected. In addition, you are able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and confidently engage with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills in German are required.
