Senior Security Consultant

Our customer is building a specialist cyber advisory team in Stockholm focused on supporting industrial and manufacturing organisations with security transformation, governance, and operational technology risk. As part of this growth, we are looking for senior security consultants with strong experience across either GRC or OT security who can operate confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. This is a customer-facing advisory role, working directly with CIOs, CISOs, and risk leaders across the Nordic industrial market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber security advisory engagements across industrial clients
• Support governance, risk, compliance, and security maturity initiatives
• Advise leadership teams on cyber strategy and operational risk
• Conduct OT / industrial security assessments
• Produce executive-level reporting and remediation recommendations
• Translate technical findings into commercial risk language

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in cyber security
• Strong technical background with progression into advisory/consulting
• Experience in industrial security, OT, ICS, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and work independently with customers
• Swedish citizenship required
• Swedish language highly desirable
• Based in or around Stockholm
