We are now looking for a technical project manager for our team at Product Integration, where you will have the opportunity to combine project management with classic design work in order not to lose the connection to technology.

Your duties

You will work as a technical project manager for several of our tractor customers where you are responsible for delivering the technical solutions required to enable the installation and sale of our front loaders and associated equipment. This requires tailor-made solutions for the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical interface between the front loader and the tractor. Solutions that are developed in close collaboration with both tractor manufacturers and internal colleagues.

The role means that you will be part of an international and development-oriented team where you will contribute to driving and coordinating projects within product development. You will spend large parts of the day leading internal meetings in several technical areas, daily customer contact, following up on schedules, participating in customer meetings, leading and distributing technical work in projects and making important technical ­decisions to drive the project forward. Some classic design work in mechanics and hydraulics will also occur. In this work, you will build a large global contact network with direct contact with customers and other partners.

The position is currently located in Brännland with the possibility of working from home 2 days/week. Travel may occur in the job.

Your profile

We are looking for you with a design background who is interested in taking the next step in your career. You are forward-thinking, goal-oriented and have the ability to take responsibility for larger tasks. Since you will be in direct contact with our customers, your communication skills in both Swedish and English are of utmost importance. You feel comfortable handling technical issues both internally and externally, always with the customer in focus. We would like to see that you have worked in a role with overall responsibility, have some experience of delegating tasks and customer contact. Do you have previous experience from technical project management, preferably from the automotive industry in, for example, mechanics and/or hydraulics, it is an advantage.

You are committed, structured, have the ability to prioritize and motivate colleagues in the teams. It is important that you feel comfortable making technical decisions and working on several parallel projects. Furthermore, you enjoy planning and taking your own initiatives and driving your projects forward. As a person, you are responsible and responsive.
