Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design, integrate, and modernize full-stack services on AWS to power fulfillment and logistics workflows.

• Redesign existing systems, build new integrations, and drive architectural improvements across the service landscape.

• Leverage AI as a force multiplier to accelerate development and deliver new capabilities.

• Write, test, maintain, and deploy code across the entire stack.

• Work within a Scrum team, participating in all agile ceremonies.

• Contribute to a culture of learning and mentorship.

What You'll Need

• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar).

• Experience with AI and agentic-driven software delivery.

• Proven experience in system design, including architecture, design patterns, and scaling systems.

• Professional software development experience.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Ability to work effectively across teams and organizational boundaries.
