Python Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Developer to build and maintain internal tooling, workflow dashboards, content review interfaces, and evaluation visualizations. The role involves full-stack development with a strong focus on backend APIs and modern frontend frameworks, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools, workflow dashboards, and content review interfaces
• Develop backend APIs using TypeScript and Node.js integrated with agentic workflow platforms
• Design and implement frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Integrate applications with cloud services such as Azure (Blob Storage, Service Bus, Container Apps)
• Work with LLM APIs and contribute to AI-powered workflows
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2)
• Contribute to content stores including versioned prompts, reusable assets, and reproducible workflows
• Collaborate with AI engineers, learning designers, and product managers to deliver features
• Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing as part of a shift-left development approach.

Experience Required

• 6–8 years of relevant experience

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong backend development expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) with async programming
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js (TypeScript preferred)
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or content management systems
• Strong experience writing unit and integration tests
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and database design patterns
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
• Familiarity with LLM-powered applications (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
