Senior Back End Developer (.net)

Our blue chip client is currently looking for an experienced Back End Developer.

This is a fully remote role but candidates must be based in Central Europe.

Please note that this is a contract/freelance role to start asap for 6 months initially.

Due to the nature of the role candidates will need to go through criminal background check.

Requirements for the role

• 5 years of experience in back-end development.
• Strong development skills in .NET / C#
• Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of cluster architecture, networking, and scaling
• Familiarity with controllers/operators and workload orchestration
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• Designing, deploying, and operating production-grade systems
• Solid understanding of core services (compute, networking, storage, identity)

Note: equivalent depth in AWS or GCP is acceptable if skill level is comparable and ramp-up to Azure is feasible

• Building robust back end services and APIs
• Writing maintainable, production-quality code
• Designing and maintaining automated build/test/release workflows
• Diagnosing and improving pipeline reliability
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or similar
• Solid experience with observability practices
• Logging, metrics, tracing
• Building systems that are diagnosable in production

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Go (Golang), especially for tooling or infrastructure work
