UX/UI Designer

We're currently looking for specialists for the position of UX/UI Designer for our client.

What can we offer?

  • Work mode: Hybrid in Warsaw (2-3 days per week from office)


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or computer science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with Sketch and Zeplin is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge with HTML and CSS.
  • Solid foundation with WCAG standards.
  • Provide examples of wireframes, user flows or prototypes.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI leadership with creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Align new products with our design system.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Assist in building and maintaining our design system and guidelines.
  • Summarize user research and apply this data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives. Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
