OBSS is looking for a Security Lead to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will play a key role in our multi-stakeholder banking project, working on cutting-edge solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead security strategy and operations by defining zero-trust architecture, IAM, encryption standards, and application security (AppSec) practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with Development, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to investigate incidents, strengthen security controls, and improve overall system reliability and resilience.
• Design and maintain end-to-end security monitoring and visibility frameworks to ensure proactive threat detection, operational transparency, and reduced false positives.
• Manage Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) programs, coordinate remediation activities, and drive continuous security improvements across cloud and distributed systems.
• Develop and implement security automation solutions to streamline operational processes, enhance incident response, and improve efficiency within CI/CD and SOC environments.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Advanced level of English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in security platforms
• Solid knowledge of cloud and infrastructure security principles, including securing distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven team leadership experience with the ability to mentor, guide, and manage security engineering or SOC teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with security automation, scripting, and operational process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
