OBSS is looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall delivery program, operating model and governance cadence.
• Create and maintain master delivery plans, milestones and program timelines.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies, risks and delivery coordination activities.
• Coordinate closely with business, engineering, product and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery execution.
• Monitor program progress, identify blockers and drive mitigation plans proactively.
• Ensure alignment across multiple squads and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees and executive status reporting.
• Support release planning, implementation tracking and delivery quality assurance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program management and delivery practices.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Advanced level of English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Program Management, TPM or large-scale Project Management roles.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale banking, fintech or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-vendor delivery organizations.
• Strong dependency management, planning and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in regulatory delivery environments and audit/inspection readiness processes preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong reporting, governance and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory due to close collaboration with international stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
