Contract: 9–12 months

Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to own and continuously improve a large-scale corporate website experience. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer experience, with a strong focus on optimizing user journeys and supporting business growth.

You’ll be responsible for managing ongoing website enhancements, integrating marketing campaigns, and ensuring the overall experience drives customer acquisition and engagement.

This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, where you’ll also guide and manage a team of designers while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage the end-to-end design of a corporate website
• Continuously improve customer journeys, UX, and UI across the site
• Translate business and marketing goals into high-performing design solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate campaigns seamlessly into the website experience
• Optimize designs with a strong focus on customer acquisition and conversion
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ship updates regularly
• Use data and insights to inform design decisions and improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, ideally working on corporate or enterprise websites
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion, and acquisition-driven design
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams and campaign integrations
• Prior experience managing or mentoring designers
• Ability to balance hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries
• Exposure to large-scale website redesigns or transformation projects
• Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing

Engagement Details

• Contract duration: 9–12 months
• This role is highly embedded within the client’s team, working closely with internal stakeholders on a daily basis
