Job Description
The Creative Designer is responsible for developing high-quality, innovative retail, e‑commerce, and outdoor creative assets in line with Sadia, MBRF and retailer brand guidelines. The role ensures accurate SKU representation, drives impactful in‑store visibility through POSM, and supports campaign execution from concept to final deployment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, and external stakeholders.
Client & Project Management
Understand internal stakeholder objectives for each project
Align on timelines and budgets; ensure delivery within scope
Maintain clear communication across stakeholders
Resolve issues quickly and effectively
Design Coordination
Track project progress and update status reports
Provide regular updates to Marketing Manager
Creative & Design
Design retail and e-commerce assets (banners, flyers, digital content)
Develop concepts and artwork for packaging and labels
Ensure accuracy of SKUs, visuals, pricing, and claims
Create 3D mock-ups for in-store and outdoor branding (POSM, chillers, etc.)
Design in-store materials (branding, shelves, sampling setups)
Adapt vehicle branding in line with brand and regulatory guidelines
Manage photo sourcing, licensing, and product image updates
POSM & Branding
Develop POSM based on material specs and installation needs
Apply knowledge of materials (acrylic, vinyl, MDF, etc.)
Propose innovative in-store branding concepts
Campaign & Stakeholder Management
Manage design timelines for campaigns and launches
Develop video and campaign content
Align with Sales and Category teams on requirements
Coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors
Ensure quality control from design to final execution
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Category teams on creative direction
Support internal events with design and branding materials
Asset Management
Track POSM inventory and deployment in Excel
Maintain accurate records of assets and materials
Experience
Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts / Design or equivalent.

Experience
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a related field.
- With background in Food Industry and packaging designs.
- Macintosh & Windows platform knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe In-design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, Adobe Flash and Microsoft.
- Excel skills for asset and inventory management.
- Knowledge in Digital Photography and Studio Lighting.
- High attention to detail, especially in SKU accuracy and brand compliance.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts / Design or equivalent.
