Technical Security Delivery Managers: 12 Months Contract - Extendable (or go perm)

We’re working on a number of Technical Security Delivery Manager roles with a major enterprise organisation in the UAE, as they continue to scale their security capability and invest heavily across cyber, technology, and transformation.

These are not purely project management roles, and they are not hands-on engineering positions either.

The focus is on bringing structure, pace, and governance to complex security delivery environments — working across multiple technical teams, senior stakeholders, and business-critical programmes.

You’ll be involved in areas such as:

1. Delivery governance across large-scale cyber security initiatives
2. Coordination across AppSec, DevSecOps, SOC, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance
3. Managing dependencies, risks, blockers, and senior stakeholder updates
4. Driving operational maturity across security delivery and execution
5. Supporting enterprise-wide cyber and technology transformation

We’re keen to speak with people who have delivered security-focused programmes in large, complex environments and who are comfortable operating between technical teams and senior leadership.

Strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to bring clarity to moving parts will be key.
