Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, integrate, test, and maintain complex software components. The role involves building prototypes and designing system architectures to demonstrate technology opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Adopt design thinking and customer-oriented approaches, including agile software development practices, to manage and deliver quality solutions.
• Harness emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to deliver business value and enhance service experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and engineers to deliver enterprise engineering products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Provide technical consultancy and expertise throughout the systems development process, contributing to the definition of technical specifications, configuration, and testing of solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of agile development, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience with modern web and application technologies/stacks (e.g., Nuxt, Node JS, Angular, React JS, Go).
• Experience in architecting and developing solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.
• A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels.
