What You Will Do

As a Product Designer at Even, you will be an integral part of a design-driven, cross-functional team, working to craft outstanding user experiences across our platform. You’ll take ownership of the design process and lead efforts to build intuitive, user-centric solutions that solve complex healthcare problems

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Design Process: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design solutions, from ideation through execution. Continuously improve design processes and guidelines to enhance team productivity and output.
• Solve Complex Problems: Focus on user-centered design solutions that address complex challenges, taking into account edge cases and nuances in user behavior.
• Drive Impact through Design: Define success metrics for design projects and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve designs, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
• Be a Design Evangelist: Advocate for exceptional user experiences within Even, promoting the value of design as a key driver of growth and success. Help shape the company's design culture, fostering an environment that prioritizes user-centered design.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile applications.
• Design Skills: A keen eye for visual design with attention to detail, consistency, and high-quality aesthetics.
• User-Centric Focus: A deep understanding of user behavior and psychology, with the ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and to derive insights that drive design decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to design and prototype creative solutions for complex design challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both the design team and leadership.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, strategize, and deliver features.
• Data-Driven: Understanding the importance of data and analytics in informing design decisions, and being comfortable with integrating qualitative and quantitative feedback into the design process.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with healthcare brands or in the Healthtech space.
• Previous experience working design teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A dynamic design blog or published articles showcasing your thought leadership and design philosophy.
