About Position:

Work collaboratively with product teams to create and support rich, interactive applications that help consumers manage their data and processes.

What You'll Do:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the .Net environment.
• Strong knowledge of the .Net framework, including .Net Core, Web API
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Project Planning and Management
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project schedules and work plans, tracking project performance and progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.

• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Technical Leadership
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of .Net applications and services.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including system architectures, code reviews, and testing plans.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into project plans.Quality Assurance
• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Implement automated testing procedures and continuous integration processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, including potential technical challenges and resource constraints.
