Principal NFT & Metaverse Strategist

As part of our continued expansion into the NFT and metaverse space, we are seeking a Principal NFT & Metaverse Strategist to join our remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to define high-level strategy, lead innovation, and shape digital experiences across emerging virtual ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in NFTs, metaverse platforms, digital ownership models, and user engagement strategies, combined with strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

This is a fully remote position open to international candidates.

• Define and execute NFT and metaverse strategy for clients and internal products.
• Identify emerging opportunities across NFT ecosystems, virtual worlds, and digital assets.
• Design tokenized experiences, digital ownership models, and engagement frameworks.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for NFT collections, metaverse launches, and virtual products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build immersive digital experiences.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and platform performance to optimize strategies.
• Develop partnerships with NFT platforms, metaverse projects, and Web3 communities.
• Provide strategic guidance on branding, storytelling, and monetization in virtual environments.
• Monitor industry developments across gaming, NFTs, метавселенные, and digital identity.
• Represent Techcronus UK in industry events, client engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Proven experience in NFT strategy, metaverse development, or Web3 product strategy.
• Strong understanding of NFT ecosystems, token standards, and digital asset markets.
• Familiarity with leading platforms such as OpenSea, Decentraland, The Sandbox, Blur.
• Experience designing user engagement, monetization, and growth strategies in digital environments.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and global environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design).
• Fluent in English.

• Competitive salary: £120,000 – £160,000 per year (depending on experience).
