Software Engineer

TheDriveGroup has partnered exclusive with a global data organisation who are looking for there next Mid Level Full Stack Engineer to come on board and help build a brand new platform from the ground up.

This is a business that really invests in you as a software engineer and a person, they offer hybrid working and can tailor your hours to match any commitments (children's drop off/pick up).

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has established strong coding fundamentals but is looking to take that step in there career. They will support you on your growth with a training allowance, mentoring and 1 on 1 session. They don't offer a "set in stone" career plan, what they do is sit down with you regularly, review your goals/aspiration and then work with you on an individual career plan. They understand you are a individual and no two developers are the same.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is motivated by working on complex technical problems and curious about the world around them. They look for someone who is hard working, intelligent, smart, has strong communication skills. You'll also have the ability to work under pressure and who can lead the conversion of innovative ideas to a customer friendly product.

You'll be developing robust scalable high performing high-volume web applications across full stack development with Angular being their chosen UI.
