What You’ll Do
The Scrum Master plays a key role in enabling Agile delivery by guiding teams in Scrum practices and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. This role ensures smooth delivery by removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and aligning teams with organisational Agile frameworks.
Due to the secure nature of this role, we are needing candidates that has Australian citizenship with preference to those with security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, -reviews, and retrospectives
Coach delivery teams on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting team delivery
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritisation activities
Promote collaboration and effective communication across cross-functional teams
Track and report on delivery progress, team performance, and Agile metrics
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance
Support Agile governance and alignment with organisational ways of working
Engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on delivery outcomes
Here’s What You Need
5+ years’ experience in Software Testing, with experience in a Lead Tester or Test Lead role
Strong experience across functional, integration, and system testing
Experience defining test strategies and managing end-to-end test delivery
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent)
Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and quality assurance best practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Australian citizenship with 3-5 years of continuous residence
