Responsibilities

🌟 What You’ll Do

Create visual magic that keeps players engaged.

As our Game Animator, you will:

🎬 Produce high‑quality animations

– Characters, symbols, environments, VFX, and UI animations for slot games.

🧠 Develop and pitch animation concepts

– Collaborate with the Art Director and Game Designers to shape the visual storytelling of each title.

📝 Build storyboards & animatics

– Clearly map out motion before production to ensure smooth, impactful execution.

🦴 Rig 2D characters and assets

– Create and maintain rigs tailored for production needs.

⚙️ Optimize for performance

– Ensure animations run smoothly across multiple platforms without compromising quality.

🤝 Mentor junior animators

– Support, guide, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

🔁 Iterate based on feedback

– Refine your work to achieve top‑tier visual quality and gameplay impact.

🛠️ Work with industry‑standard tools

– Especially After Effects, Spine, and Photoshop.

🎮 Collaborate across departments

– Partner with game design, sound, and engineering teams to build cohesive, polished final products.

Qualifications

💼 What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re a natural storyteller with a strong artistic vision and technical polish. You bring:

• 3+ years of professional animation experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing character animation, VFX, and motion storytelling
• iGaming or slot animation experience (required)
• Proficiency in 2D tools, especially:
• After Effects (incl. Saber & Trapcode)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Spine2D
• Solid understanding of animation principles
• Timing, anticipation, key poses, squash & stretch, etc.
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt creatively
• Deep understanding of composition, color, and modern visual trends
• Willing to work onsite in our Tallinn Office (relocation assistance will be provided)
