About The Role

As a Technical Project Manager within our Pre-Development Engineering team, you will be at the heart of evaluating the feasibility of automation and defining process parameters before capital investments are made. Working across global and local teams, you will ensure that production technology projects are governed effectively from pre-development through to implementation, helping shape the future of how we build and deliver technology at Ericsson.

What You Will Bring

  • A university degree in International Business Administration, Economics, or a Technical field
  • Proven experience in project management and/or electronics production
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with a clear and concise communication style
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Replir, or similar
  • A solid understanding of business strategy and finance in a corporate environment
  • Experience working in production technology
  • A clear understanding of project team roles and responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Lead and govern pre-development, development, and improvement projects across global and local teams
  • Drive projects to deliver on agreed targets, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage project budgets and capability estimations with ongoing tracking and follow-up
  • Conduct risk analyses and develop proactive mitigation plans
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee project implementation and coordinate milestone reviews and approvals, both internal and external
  • Prepare and deliver project management reports for internal and external audiences
  • Represent the team in local and global forums related to Production Technology development
  • Participate in global workshops to identify future technology needs
  • Continuously contribute to improving pre-development ways of working
