We’re hiring for an international tech company to hire Senior Full Stack Engineers for a brand-new product division focused on workforce education and certification.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of a greenfield initiative combining the pace and autonomy of a startup with the backing, scale, and stability of a successful platform business.

The team is building a next-generation certification and assessment product for regulated industries (think aviation, industrial safety, government and vocational training) using modern AI capabilities and a Python/React stack.

If you enjoy building products from scratch, working closely with product and engineering leadership and having genuine influence over technical direction, this role will appeal to you.

The Opportunity

The product is being built for organisations where assessment quality, compliance, reliability, and scalability are mission-critical.

The engineering organisation is intentionally small and highly collaborative, with teams structured around lean product pods.

The focus is on building high-quality software quickly, with engineers expected to contribute directly to product thinking, architecture decisions, and delivery strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle from early product ideation through to production delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building scalable backend services using Python
• Developing modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript
• Collaborating closely with product stakeholders and engineering leadership
• Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions
• Shipping production-ready features across the full stack
• Working with AI-assisted development tooling and modern engineering workflows
• Helping shape engineering standards, team practices and code quality
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers where appropriate

This is a highly collaborative environment suited to engineers who enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and fast-moving product development.

What They’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Have strong hands-on experience with both Python and React
• Enjoy working in greenfield or startup-style environments
• Think beyond tickets and contribute to product direction
• Are comfortable operating across frontend, backend, and architecture discussions
• Care about maintainability, scalability, and long-term product quality
• Communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Enjoy working in small, highly autonomous teams
