Senior Full Stack Engineer

GemPool Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing organisation developing advanced Generative AI and automation platforms. We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help scale modern, cloud-native software solutions.

The Role

You will help advance a modern software stack with a strong focus on Node.js, AWS, and Python, working closely with product, engineering, and frontend teams to integrate machine learning technologies into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale applications using Node.js
• Integrate AI and machine learning technologies into software platforms
• Work across microservices and REST API architectures
• Mentor junior engineers and support best engineering practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain application security and quality
• Drive continuous improvement across CI/CD and development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Strong Node.js development expertise
• Strong AWS cloud experience
• Experience with Python
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
• CI/CD experience
• Strong understanding of web security and OWASP best practices
