.NET Full Stack Developer

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and scale secure, high-performance applications. This role requires strong expertise in C# (.NET) and React, with working knowledge of Java as a plus.

You will play a key role in driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering resilient, scalable systems in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure applications using C# (.NET) and React
• Define system architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Security
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Drive code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering excellence
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in:
• C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and OOP principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
• Understanding of security best practices in financial systems
• Experience in payments or fintech domain
