Systems Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role:

• Design and implement new software components, products, and services to enhance operational efficiency.

• Identify and resolve complex systems, process, and tooling issues for customers.

• Investigate technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

• Develop automation and tools to reduce manual operations across teams.

• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues within systems, ensuring end-to-end service maintenance and improvement.

• Design and implement improvements in testing, monitoring, and validation across services, tools, and infrastructure.

What You'll Need:

• Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals including networking, storage, and operating systems.

• Professional software development experience.

• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.

• Hands-on systems engineering experience with networking and storage systems.

• Programming experience with at least one modern language (e.g., C++, Java, Python, Golang).

• Must be a national of an EU member state.
