Job Description:

Our client, a growing technology organisation within a regulated environment, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of key product modules, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned modules, from discovery through to delivery and ongoing iteration
• Engage directly with customers to understand core challenges, translating these into clearly defined product requirements
• Define and manage MVP scope, ensuring focus on high-value deliverables while controlling scope creep
• Collaborate with design teams to refine user journeys and product usability prior to development
• Produce clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to enable efficient engineering delivery
• Prioritise product backlog in alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
• Act as the primary product contact for stakeholders, communicating roadmap decisions, timelines, and trade-offs
• Lead product demonstrations, gather feedback, and continuously iterate based on user insights
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to support sprint planning, milestone tracking, and successful releases

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Management role within a delivery-focused environment
• Proven experience delivering digital products in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or compliance-driven sectors
• Strong track record of defining MVPs and delivering iterative product releases
• Experience writing clear, testable acceptance criteria and managing product backlogs
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs
• Experience engaging directly with customers and senior stakeholders

Desirable Skills

• Experience within healthcare systems, risk management, or compliance-related product environments
• Exposure to AI-enabled products or data-driven solutions
• Background in B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with UX design tools or close collaboration with design teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure product success metrics

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
