At Billy Grace (HQ Amsterdam), we build an AI-driven SaaS platform that brings strategy, creativity and clarity back to marketing. Our product gives teams control over their entire funnel through first-party tracking, attribution and creative intelligence. As a Data-Driven Full Stack Developer, you’ll have real impact from day one. You build and maintain features used daily by customers, work on our in-house tracking pixel, and operate close to both the product and the data with clear ownership from idea to production.

At Billy Grace, you help shape both the product and the engineering culture from the ground up. You’ll work in a focused tech team of five full stack developers, four data scientists and two data engineers. Your managers are hands-on engineers who write code, review PRs and make architectural decisions alongside you.

As a Data-Driven Full Stack Developer, you’ll have real impact from day one. Your impact

What You Will Do
- Develop backend logic for loading, transforming and mutating data for analytics and reporting
- Design and implement Django APIs, using ORM and raw SQL for performance-critical use cases
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries in data-heavy environments
- Build and maintain React.js components for a fast, intuitive user experience
- Own features end-to-end, contributing to architecture, scalability and reliability

- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (preferably in SaaS)
- Solid experience with React and Python-based frameworks (Django, Flask or FastAPI)
- Strong affinity with data-driven products, including complex SQL and analytics use cases
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with pandas (required)
- Ownership-driven, communicative and comfortable taking responsibility
- Living in the Netherlands and able to work hybrid (3 days in the office, no IND sponsorship)
