Head of Product – AI-Driven SaaS Product – up to EUR 105K – Utrecht / Hybrid

We've been building our AI vision since 2018, long before the current hype began. Our platform automates the repetitive, manual tasks that drain knowledge workers' time, even tackling complex challenges like identifying conflicting statements in massive document sets. With a rapidly growing international customer base and solid investment backing, we are ready to bring in a product leader who can help us navigate this next phase of growth.

Brainial is at an inflection point: strong product-market fit, but under pressure to retain customers and strong ARR growth. This role exists to lead that transition from reactive to intentional product development.

The role

We need someone who can act as the bridge between our ambitions and our execution. In this position, you will:

• Manage a diverse group of opinionated stakeholders, bringing them together to reach a consolidated vision for the product.
• We're navigating real churn pressure and ARR headwinds and we're looking for someone who sees that as signal, not noise. Youʼll have a direct line to shaping the decisions that turn that around.
• Take full ownership of roadmap decisions, ensuring every move aligns with our business goals.
• Use clear, methodological frameworks like Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) to prioritize what actually matters.
• Master our internal systems, specifically using “Productboard” and analytics tools to track and manage our progress.
• Provide total clarity to all departments by giving regular updates and explaining the logic behind even the toughest product outcomes.

What you bring

We are looking for a hands-on leader who doesn't wait for a signal to get started. You should have:

• A proactive mindset- you're the type to set up your own dashboards and build the structures the team needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead high-priority business discussions with confidence.
• A solid foundation in UX/UI (a big plus), including product discovery, customer interviews, and prototyping.
• A visual person that can quickly visualize flows, processes, ideas, etc.
• The seniority required to define complex requirements for both enterprise and SME workflows. A genuine desire to thrive in a transparent, honest company culture where you can challenge assumptions.

• A hybrid work setup - we work from home when we want but gather in our Utrecht office 2 3 days a week to learn and collaborate.
