The Project

You will join a high-performing mobile team working on a strategic project for one of our key clients. Your mission is to build, scale, and optimize a native Android application that serves thousands of users daily. We are looking for an engineer who isn't just a coder, but a product-minded professional who cares about mobile performance, modern architecture, and delivering a seamless user experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Native Development: Build and maintain high-quality, native Android applications using Kotlin and the latest Jetpack libraries.
• Modern UI/UX: Leverage Jetpack Compose to create fluid, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that align with modern design systems.
• Architectural Integrity: Champion robust architectures (MVVM/MVI) that ensure the app is testable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
• Performance Tuning: Proactively identify bottlenecks in memory, battery, and network consumption, ensuring a smooth experience even under challenging conditions.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with designers and product managers to turn complex ideas into intuitive mobile interactions.
• Continuous Quality: Implement automated testing strategies and participate in code reviews to maintain a high technical bar.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in native Android development.
• Deep understanding of Kotlin and its ecosystem (Coroutines, Flow).
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture components.
• Strong ability to consume RESTful APIs and handle complex data synchronization in offline-first scenarios.
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
• You thrive in agile, cross-functional teams and have the ability to communicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
