What You'll Do

We are looking for a visionary Mobile Full-Stack Developer to join our team as a Co-Tech Lead. This is a high-impact role for a hybrid expert who bridges the gap between high-performance native mobile apps and robust backend architecture.

You won’t just be writing code; you will be architecting the future of our mobile ecosystem. As a Co-Lead, you will drive technical excellence, mentor developers across the stack, and ensure our mobile products are scalable, secure, and seamless.

The Tech Stack

• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Ktor, Hilt.
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, Moya.
• Shared Logic: Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for common libraries.
• Backend: TypeScript, NestJS.
• Infrastructure & Data: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Communication: REST, GraphQL, gRPC.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Architect: Share leadership responsibilities for the mobile engineering team, setting coding standards and architectural patterns.
• True Full-Stack Ownership: Develop native features for both iOS and Android while ensuring the backend services (NestJS) are optimized for mobile performance.
• Bridge the Platforms: Utilize KMP to unify business logic across platforms, reducing overhead without sacrificing native performance.
• Mentor: Conduct deep code reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.
• Scale: Optimize our event-driven architecture (Kafka) and data layers to handle rapid growth.

Requirements

The perfect candidate is a seasoned engineer who thrives in the intersection of mobile fluidity and backend stability.

• Seniority: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-traffic applications.
• Leadership: 2+ years in a Lead or Co-Lead role, specifically managing mobile-focused or full-stack engineering teams.
• Native Android Mastery: Expert-level command of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and dependency injection via Hilt. Deep experience with Ktor for networking.
• Native iOS Mastery: Expert-level command of Swift and SwiftUI. Proficiency with Moya for network abstraction.
• Backend Architecture: Strong production experience with TypeScript and NestJS. You should be comfortable designing scalable microservices.
• Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP): Hands-on experience or a deep architectural understanding of using KMP to share business logic across platforms.
• Data & Messaging: Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• API Design: Deep knowledge of modern communication protocols, including REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
• Fintech Background: Previous experience in the Fintech sector is highly desirable; you understand the requirements for high availability, security, and data integrity.
• Leadership Style: A "Lead by Example" mentality — you are as comfortable in a high-level strategy meeting as you are deep-diving into a complex pull request.
