Role Description

Ensuring that operational data, metrics, and logs are complete, reliable, and available for monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Designing, implementing, and continuously improving monitoring and observability solutions.

Ensuring that platforms provide the necessary visibility for supervision, incident analysis, and technical traceability.

Analyzing system behavior, performance, availability, and areas for improvement.

Supporting incident and problem management activities.

Contributing to data engineering processes to structure, transform, and analyze operational system data.

Supporting security, compliance, audit, and technical reporting requirements.

Working closely with engineering, operations, cloud, security, and data teams to continuously improve service quality.

Your profil:

You have a background in computer science, systems engineering, networking, data engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Ideally, you bring:

• Solid experience operating monitoring, logging, and observability solutions in complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of the ELK Stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• German fluent, English fluent, french advantage
• Good understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and operational data.
• Experience with complex IT, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of network protocols, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Awareness of security, compliance, audit, and traceability requirements.
• An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
