We are looking for a DevOps Engineer, focusing on automating and streamlining the software release process. Key responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipeline, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ensuring system security, and monitoring performance to improve development speed and stability.

Core Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing and deployment;
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible;
• Automation: Automate repetitive manual tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
• Monitoring and Reliability: Monitor system health, performance, and uptime using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack;
• Collaboration & Security: Work with developers to fix errors and embed security best practices throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years in DevOps, software development, or systems administration;
• Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell;
• Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and configuration management tools;
• Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts;
• Cloud Expertise: Working knowledge of GCP is a plus;
• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field;
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
