- Contribute to the effective execution of the company's
- Support the communication and implementation of procedures and processes derived from the environmental policy.
- Manage and maintain the corporate internal communication platform.
- Review, update, and coordinate relevant content to promote engagement and keep teams informed.
- Provide support to various HR areas for the publication of news, resources, and key messages.
- Explore new communication tools, trends, and technologies that enhance internal communication practices.
- Support the organization and planning of events that reinforce communication and employee engagement across the company.
- Assist in internal recognition programs and processes.
- Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of employee satisfaction.
- Higher Education Degree.
- Master's Degree in Communication or HR.
- Knowledge of corporate communication, communication tools, and social media management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Strategic mindset and ability to align actions with company objectives.
- High empathy, creativity, service orientation, collaboration, and strong teamwork skills.
- Advanced level of English.
