Senior Backend Developer (m/f/x)

The position is available either in Germany or in Romania.

Your mission

• Build software and systems to manage applications and CI/CD pipelines
• Facilitate fast and reliable feedback loops throughout all processes, ranging from test automation to monitoring of production environments
• Improve lead time to market, deployment frequency, change fail rate and service restoration times of our suite of software solutions
• Raise awareness and promote best practices for security without compromising delivery speed

Your profile

• Team-first mindset and collaborative spirit
• Passionate about growing and promoting a learning culture
• Outstanding speaking, listening and writing skills in English. At least a basic understanding of and interest in technical documentation
• Proactive approach to spotting unmet needs, problems, and areas for improvement
• Expert in one or more high level languages, such as Golang and PHP. Experience with AWS technologies, Kubernetes, as well as identifying and applying architectural patterns
