We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Software Configuration in Stockholm!
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Manager for Application Design, and work alongside motivated and supportive team mates.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality trackside solutions within a dynamic environment. You will lead the team of Software Application Engineers with the responsibility of the design activities in our Trackside projects.
You’ll be involved in ensuring that the team has the necessary resources for optimal performance, focusing on effective workflows, skills development and appropriate staffing. Also, you’ll make sure that your team has the right environment and capability to ensure quality and on time delivery.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Software Configuration in Stockholm!
Your future role

You’ll be involved in ensuring that the team has the necessary resources for optimal performance, focusing on effective workflows, skills development and appropriate staffing. Also, you’ll make sure that your team has the right environment and capability to ensure quality and on time delivery.
We’ll look to you for:
- Lead and manage a team of Software Application Engineers, to ensure the successful execution of Trackside Engineering projects for both Swedish and International markets.
- Build an innovative and agile team with an increasing portfolio.
- Oversee team deliveries, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Foster collaboration with other Software Configuration teams, international stakeholders, and customers to identify project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle of applicable Engineering deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with Safety regulations, Environmental standards, and Quality Assurance processes.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Be accountable of Process, methods and tools deployment within your organisation.
- Implement agile work methodology.
- Foster lessons learned culture and constantly improve ways of working.
- Participate in Tender Design Reviews and Documentation reviews as per tender strategy and relevance
- Commit to Project/Program/Tender Quality Cost Delivery related to your scope.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in complex development environment (Railways, Automotive, Aerospace)
- Experience in leading a team of Software developers and line management activities, delivering in critical projects.
- Experience in project / program execution and management
- Experience in estimation of execution efforts
- Proven skills in Stakeholder management
- Previous experience in agile development
- English and Swedish language skills are mandatory.
