Senior AI Developer

Senior AI-First Engineer | Amsterdam (Hybrid) | Pre-Seed AI Startup | €70k–€100k + Equity

I’m working with a Pre-Seed AI startup in Amsterdam preparing to launch their product from stealth to potentially hundreds of thousands of users from day one.

They’re looking for strong AI-native engineers who have genuinely operated in 0-1 environments and can take full ownership across product, architecture, and production delivery.

Key requirements:

• Strong Python / Typescript background

• Experience building and shipping AI products into production

• Full-stack capability across frontend, backend, infra, and AI integrations

• Agentic AI / orchestration experience (LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs, MCP, etc.)

• Experience scaling multi-tenant SaaS or distributed systems

• Comfortable owning architecture decisions and moving quickly with ambiguity

• AI tooling native (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

• Startup mindset with strong product intuition

Tech stack:

Python, TypeScript, Next.js, React, Vercel, Supabase, Postgres, pgvector, Prisma, Anthropic, Gemini, AssemblyAI.

This is very much a ownership environment:

small team, high ownership, rapid iteration, direct communication, and shipping constantly into production.
