Requirements:

• builds fast using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT / OpenAI-style workflows)
• enjoys “vibe coding” – rapid prototyping, experimenting, shipping
• thinks like a builder, not a ticket executor
• can turn ideas into working products end-to-end
• works comfortably in modern AI-assisted development environments
