UX/UI Product Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to join our growing digital product and software engineering ecosystem.

We build and operate a wide range of digital products, including websites, mobile applications, internal tools, operational systems, dashboards, AI-supported products, SaaS-like platforms and digital workflows.

Our software engineering structure is already established and highly operational. We work with Scrum, sprint-based development, structured delivery processes, strong technical execution and active internal platforms.

We are now expanding our focus on Product Experience, UX, UI quality and digital product usability.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

This is not a marketing, campaign, social media or branding-focused position.

We are not looking for someone who only creates visual assets or presentation designs.

We are looking for someone who can improve real digital products, simplify complex systems and design clear, functional user experiences.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will work closely with our engineering team on digital products that are actively used in real operations.

You will actively design and improve:

• websites,
• dashboards,
• internal operational tools,
• mobile interfaces,
• SaaS-like platforms,
• AI-supported products,
• workflow systems,
• digital user journeys,
• UX/UI systems and design components.

Your work will focus on making digital products more clear, usable, structured, consistent and efficient.

For us, design is not decoration. Design is part of the product’s functionality, usability and overall quality.
