Project Governance Strategic Oversight
Develop and maintain comprehensive project charters, scope statements, project plans, and governance frameworks tailored to IAMCIAM compliance and audit requirements align all project activities with business access needs, security policies, and regulatory compliance standards (data privacy, access auditability)
Lead cross-functional stakeholder management across IT infrastructure, ERPNon-ERP teams, SecOps, customer experience, business units, and complianceaudit teams facilitate regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and executive reporting to align on priorities, resolve roadblocks, and secure budgetresourcesManage project budget, resource allocation, and vendor coordination (for Entra ID implementation, potential AI-enabled IAM tools, and third-party IAM solution providers) track costs, mitigate budget overruns, and ensure ROI alignment with risk reduction and governance goals.
Oversee project risk management identify, assess, and mitigate IAM-specific risks (access governance gaps, integration failures, delayed deprovisioning, compliance breaches) and implement proactive risk mitigation plans maintain a centralized risk register and escalation protocol
2. End-to-End Project Delivery ExecutionCoordinate technical and process-focused workstreams core technical implementation (SSO, identity federation via Entra ID), JML workflow automation, access review processes, tool integration (Entra ID, Clear Skye, Keycloak, and potential new AI IAM solutions), and cross-system rollout (infrastructure, ERP, Non-ERP, SecOps, CIAM)Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst (BA) to translate business governance requirements into actionable project tasks, user stories, and technical specifications ensure technical delivery aligns with business access policies and least-privilege principles Manage agilewaterfall project methodologies (flexible based on organizational IS standards) track milestones, deliverables, and progress against project timelines adjust plans to address scope changes, resource constraints, or technical integration challengesOversee user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and deployment planning for IAMCIAM capabilities coordinate change management, user training, and adoption strategies for workforce and customer-facing identity processes
3. Compliance, Audit Continuous ImprovementEnsure all project deliverables meet internal audit requirements, access accountability standards, and regulatory mandates build auditable tracking for access grants, role changes, and deprovisioning as core project outcomesLead post-implementation review (PIR) to measure project success against core objectives (reduced access risk, automated JML, improved visibility, scalable governance) identify process and tool improvements for long-term IAMCIAM operations
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries, escalations, and cross-team coordination.
End-to-end ownership of the IAMCIAM IS project lifecycle, driving delivery of governed identity capabilities, technical integration (Entra ID, existing IAM tools), cross-functional process implementation, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsible for ensuring the project meets core objectives controlledauditable access, automated JML workflows, least-privilege risk reduction, and scalable governance across workforce and customer identity domains, with full accountability for timeline, budget, scope, risk, and quality.
