Purpose

These roles form the core of the AAM application development team. The platform is primarily built with TypeScript and Node.js, with a React‑based frontend.

Developers work across the stack, contributing to backend services, API design, and frontend user interfaces. This role suits engineers who enjoy ownership, collaboration, and building end‑to‑end product functionality.

Required Skills

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js
• React frontend development experience
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs
• Experience working in a monorepo environment
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools

Nice to Have

• Kafka or event‑driven architectures
• GraphQL experience (migration from Hasura underway)
