We are hiring for Business Analyst to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.

Role: Business Analyst

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type- Contract - 12 months & extendable

Role Summary:

The Business Analyst (BA) will be accountable for ensuring that all the Requirements of the

Business is captured adequately from the time a business need is identified and to maintain

the consistency in Requirement Management throughout the Agile development life cycle.

Job Description:

• Provide Business Solutions which is always Customer Centric
• Drives/Contributes in the Business Requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to understand the e2e User Journeys and provide Business solutions
• Deep understanding of platforms to be able to provide implementation approach for customer facing web applications, middle ware integration and backend system architecture.
• Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple products as the Development Team’s provide estimates for the upcoming items
• Assist the Product Owner in the Story refinement

Experience & Skills:

• 5-8 years of business analysis and related experience with at least 3 years within a reputed bank/financial institution and wealth domain
• Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple products as the Development Team’s provide estimates for the upcoming items
• Deep understanding of platforms in order to be able to provide implementation approach
• for customer facing web application, middle ware integration and backend system
• architecture.
